Each week moves you through identity work, belief replacement, aligned action, and the practice of enjoying your evolution instead of treating growth like punishment.

The course follows the Evolving Yourself process in order, so every module builds on the last instead of throwing random motivation at you.

Identify the new version of yourself and define how that person thinks, moves, decides, carries themselves, and sets standards.

Change the beliefs that belong to the older version and replace them with beliefs that match the person you are becoming.
